Refund Policy

Cancellation before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund before PolicyFix sends you a clear email confirming that the review has started.

After work begins

Once that review-start email has been sent, change-of-mind refunds are not available. If the service is not delivered as described, PolicyFix will, as appropriate in the circumstances, reperform the affected part of the service or provide an appropriate refund.

Founding audit guarantee

For the $49 Complete Pre-Appeal Audit: if PolicyFix completes the requested review and identifies no concrete remediation item or evidence gap, the customer may request a full refund.

Cases outside scope

If a case is outside scope or cannot be responsibly audited from the information available, PolicyFix may refund the order rather than deliver generic advice.

Google's decision

A refund does not depend on whether Google later reinstates the account; reinstatement is controlled solely by Google.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
