Operator and service

PolicyFix is operated by Eorenda Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202619028H) in Singapore. PolicyFix provides independent informational and audit assistance for advertisers preparing to address Google Ads suspension issues. PolicyFix is not Google, is not affiliated with Google, and cannot reinstate an account.

Scope and deliverables

The Complete Pre-Appeal Audit covers the public website and trust signals, the suspension reason supplied by the customer, relevant policy mapping, a prioritized remediation checklist, an evidence and verification checklist, an appeal-readiness assessment, and a factual appeal draft after remediation where the supplied facts support one. The service is a review of the material made available for one case; it is not ongoing account management, legal advice, or a technical implementation service.

Payment

The price is US$49 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Your cooperation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information reasonably needed for the audit, including the relevant website URL, suspension wording, appeal history, and requested evidence. You must be authorized to provide the material and should respond promptly to reasonable clarification requests. You remain responsible for website or business changes and for deciding whether and what to submit to Google.

Clarification round

One reasonable clarification round about the delivered audit is included where appropriate. It does not cover a new business, website, suspension reason, materially changed facts, or a separate case.

No Google submission

PolicyFix does not access your Google Ads account, contact Google on your behalf, or submit an appeal for you. You are responsible for any appeal and for ensuring that it is accurate. Do not use the service to conceal policy violations, misrepresent facts, fabricate evidence, or circumvent platform enforcement.

Limitations and outcomes

The service does not constitute legal advice. Google policies and enforcement systems can change, and Google retains sole discretion over appeal acceptance, account enforcement, reinstatement, and advertising outcomes. None of those outcomes is guaranteed.

Delivery target

Founding-customer delivery target is within 24 hours after sufficient information is received, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed service level.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, service-remedy, and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies that apply to you.
